It's all good. Just keep in mind that we were all newbs once. The best things you can do is contribute positively to the forums by creating interesting posts or engaging in meaningful conversion. Ignore the trolls; they'll either get tired of trolling or, if you're lucky, follow your lead and join in the conversation.

Hey - so I just did another round of validations.

Sorry for the delay. If you actually made it through and are a real person then - glad to see you.

We're happy to see new people around, but I gotta tell ya - I'm validating maybe 5% of the accounts, 'cuz the other 95% turn out to be spammers. Doing the look-ups of email addresses and IPs of every single account is not my favorite thing to do, so you may not get validated 'til after I've uh, cleaned both the bathroom and kitchen floors. And beaten out the rugs.

Again - hit me up on Twitter or something if you're sure you're real and I'll hop to it with less trepidation.

Can we define new users? What if you just kept losing your account info and had to make a brand new one but you have not been on in a long time?
